We had a great stay at Katrina’s place in Fitzroy. The home was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. We also loved the location; it was a short walk to tons of coffee shops and restaurants. Katrina was extremely responsive and helpful!

An exciting area with small shops, restaurants and low buildings. Reminded me a little of Haight Ashbury in San Francisco. Recommend Ladro for good food. Useful convenience store with a large selection of delicious cold wine

Absolutely brilliant stay - couldn't have asked for better!
What a ripper of a place! The property is incredibly well-equipped with everything needed, especially the kitchen - perfect for preparing our favourite Chinese dishes. Was initially worried about hot water, but crikey, it was spot-on throughout our stay!
The location is fantastic with excellent transport links - made exploring Melbourne so easy. Our host was an absolute legend - super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, sorting everything out straight away.
Felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our Melbourne adventure. Highly recommend this accommodation - you won't be disappointed! Would definitely book again in a heartbeat! 👍

Stayed with kids
Great location close to tram easy to walk to cafes and restaurants. Perfect to visit university. Apartment clean and comfortable. Beds great. Lots of light but could block out sun on hot day. Would happily stay here again

We loved staying at Katrina's place. The location is wonderful - a close walk to everything but very quiet.
We were able to fit our car in the garage, which was super convenient.
Katrina was so kind and helpful when we locked ourselves out on a Sunday night and quickly sorted things out for us without any drama.
I would love to visit again!

We attended a conference at Melb uni - this place is so close, made it an easy week. It’s a busy area, but this place is not on a main road. Good for people wanting two separate bedrooms and bathrooms.
